“You want results when working with a real estate agent. Look no further. I was referred to Dale Tyroler as the Queen of Boca Rentals. We met, I discussed with her what I was looking for and then I didn’t hear from her right away. I checked back with her and she said there just have not been any rentals coming up yet this year. When I did hear from her, she was right on with everything I had wanted. Unlike the other agents whom I had also contacted who kept sending me things I was not interested in. Not Dale. “We have had several realtors over the years. Dale Tyroler is the best and most helpful, paying attention to EVERY detail throughout the process. We told Dale we had to find a home and close in 45 days and we discussed our likes and dislikes. Immediately, Dale sent us over the course of the next 15 hours, even into the late night, homes that strictly matched our criteria, nothing that wasted our time. We discussed ones we liked and did not like which then caused other homes to be sent. Dale literally worked 15 hours straight on our searches and our discussions, with urgency. Two days later, we started looking at multiple homes after narrowing down our selections. Five days later, we bought exactly what we wanted. Dale stayed with us through the closing and monitored all of our deadlines. She also provided insight and help into the HOA application process.
